THRIVE HEALTH FRAMEWORK
Structure Over Willpower
THRIVE works on two levels at once:
The personal foundations that hold someone together, sleep, movement, communication, the habits running underneath how they lead, and the team-wide structure that holds under pressure when the job gets hard.
Both run on the same idea.
Willpower breaks under pressure. Structure doesn't. Because pressure is guaranteed, so is disruption.
THRIVE isn't built to stop that from happening. It's built to get people back to their foundations fast, instead of starting from zero every time.

THE PROBLEM
Long hours.
Stress that doesn't switch off.
Sick days that turn into a pattern.
People physically at work, mentally checked out.
Job site or desk, businesses treat this as the cost of doing business.
It's not.
It's what happens when there's no structure for handling pressure, so people run on willpower until it runs out.
WHAT THRIVE IS
THRIVE is a workplace health and performance program built around one idea: Stable foundations beat willpower. We don’t ask your team to try harder. We give them a structure that holds when the job gets hard, and a way back to it when things fall apart. That structure is the Stability Loop.
The Stability Loop
01
Communication That Doesn't Break Under Pressure
Communication is usually the first thing that goes when it gets hard, and the first thing everything else depends on. THRIVE builds the actual skills and habits to communicate clearly when the pressure's on, not just when things are calm.
02
Recovery That Fits the Job
The first and last twenty minutes of a day are what most people let slip first, and they set the tone for everything in between. THRIVE builds recovery into the actual shape of the job, not a wellness routine nobody has time for.
03
No Restart From Zero
Disruption isn't rare on a job site or in an office, it's guaranteed. What separates a team that holds together isn't avoiding the setback, it's how fast they get back to the basics afterward.
04
What Leadership Actually Models
A team follows what leadership does under pressure, not what gets said in a meeting. THRIVE surfaces the habits leaders are already running, often without realizing it, so what gets passed down is the thing they actually want.
What that looks like in practice
Morton Power
We delivered the THRIVE Framework to Morton Power's leadership team across two half-day, on-site sessions.
Session One — Finding the Why
Before any framework, everyone names their why, what they're actually leading for. Then communication: how they talk to their team now, and where it breaks under pressure. Habits show up too, but at the individual level, the automatic stuff already running before any structure gets added. It's groundwork. They leave with clarity on their why and a clearer read on their own communication gaps.
Session Two — The Loop in Practice
This is where the full Stability Loop gets built. Communication goes deeper, building on session one. Then it gets practical: Morning and Evening Systems, the two points in a day people let slip first, plus the lifestyle habits that reinforce the system or work against it.
“Great job by Andre and Lachy, very knowledgeable about all aspects of being a leader. I’m walking out of these two days very confident, knowing what I can change personally to become a better leader — and a better family man and mate.”
“Enjoyed the interactive sessions and discussions which made taking things on board easy. Both Andre and Lachy were very engaging.”
“Well ran sessions, it’s good we the everyone gets involved in the conversation and open up”
“Done a great job tailoring the session to suit needs of the group.”

BUSINESSES WE’VE WORKED WITH
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
Leadership Sessions
A small group, focused on the people setting the pace for everyone else. Building from direction and communication through to the full framework in practice.
Whole-Team Sessions
Same framework, brought to the wider team once leadership’s already run it.
Location
Delivered on-site at your workplace, or at a destination that’s easier for the day, whatever gets the whole group in the room without adding to everyone’s commute.
Format
Full-day workshops for teams that can commit the time, half-day sessions for teams that can’t, or focused hourly sessions when it’s one specific thing that needs addressing. The framework doesn’t change, only how much time you’ve got to run it in.
Every session ends with something the team can use immediately. Not a folder of tips nobody reads again.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Lachy Moran
Co-Founder
Before he was coaching anyone, Lachy was an electrician, working across commercial, domestic, and industrial sites. He knows what a demanding job actually takes out of a body, because he's lived it.
Most of his coaching now is general population work, injury prevention, and rehab, not elite athletes chasing marginal gains. Working with real people, parents, busy schedules, competing priorities, it has taught him the same lesson from a different angle. Knowledge was never the problem. People don't fail because they don't know what to do. They fail because nothing's built to hold when life gets in the way.
He's also spent years managing long-term health challenges of his own. Willpower never got him through them. Structure did, systems he could actually stick to on the bad days, not just the good ones. That's not something he read in a course. It's how he's had to live.
THRIVE comes from that. Not a method borrowed from a textbook, but one built by someone who needed it to actually work.

Andre DeLorenzo
Co-Founder
Andre has always been curious about what helps people grow, not just what they need to know, but what helps that knowledge become part of how they live. With a background in exercise science and education, his work has taken him from classrooms and coaching floors to building a community wellbeing space and facilitating groups across workplaces, schools and sporting teams.
Through those experiences, he kept noticing the same thing. What appears to be a performance problem is often something deeper: people are tired, stretched, disconnected from what matters or simply moving too quickly to recognise what they need.
Andre’s approach has also been shaped by deliberately stepping into difficult things himself, from endurance challenges to the everyday demands of raising three children and running a business. Those experiences haven’t taught him that people need to be tougher. They’ve taught him that challenge only changes us when we take the time to understand what it is showing us.
The perspective Andre brings to THRIVE is grounded in a genuine curiosity about people and a belief in their capacity to grow. His role is to turn meaningful ideas into experiences that help people understand themselves more clearly, recognise what is within their control and take one useful step forward.
